Shipping policy

All prices are denominated in Euros and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) in Austria. Shipping costs are charged separately. Delivery is handled by a suitable transportation company.

Payment is made via advance payment, instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung), PayPal, or other payment methods offered in the online shop.

Delivery is free of shipping costs for orders of €90 or more within Austria and €150 or more to other EU countries.

Currently, placing orders through the online shop to countries outside the EU is not yet possible. However, please feel free to contact us with inquiries regarding this—we will certainly find a solution! For deliveries outside the EU, the purchaser shall bear any additionally incurred customs duties and taxes.
