Refund policy

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer or a designated third party has received the goods. In case of withdrawal, the goods must remain unused.

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement sent by email to: contact.lanandina@gmail.com is sufficient.

• Goods that have been individually crafted or modified according to customer specifications.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

Upon receipt of the withdrawal and return of the unused goods, the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) will be refunded within 14 days to the originally used payment method.

A deduction for diminished value may be applied if the goods are returned damaged or used.
