Pre-Orders for Rugs

When you place a pre-order for a rug, you are purchasing a product that will be made for you (possibly personalized) and is currently not in stock. We may not charge any payment or charge a partial payment at checkout, save your payment method, and then execute and collect the full or remaining payment at a later date. You have 14 days (starting from the day of the placement of your order) to withdraw from this order free of charge if you change your mind. After this period, the product will be manufactured for you, and once it arrives at our facility, it will be shipped to you. You have a right of exchange, but no refund. This right of exchange does not apply to personalized designs or custom measurements.

Pre-Orders for Decorative Pillows

When you place a pre-order for decorative pillows, you are purchasing a product that is not currently in stock or will become available soon, but is not in stock at present. We may not charge any payment or charge a partial payment at checkout, save your payment method, and then execute and collect the full or remaining payment at a later date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been executed. Once the order has been executed, you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. Further details on returns and refunds can be found in our Return Policy. Please note, this applies only to decorative pillows, as these are not personalized custom-made items.
